Business On Patriots Day, Elks will furnish hall for V I P ' s Army and Navy
personnel before the parade They will supply coffee and donuts for guests
Elks will feed Shriners at noontime but will have a cash bar for them -
Elks will pay $1500 to bring Shriners for afternoon Parade T C C
has an anonymous donor who will pay $1500 for balance of Shriners fee
The Elks will invite T C C guests back after the parade These guests
will be issued tickets They will charge T C C for drinks and hors d '
oeuvres
No Miami Beach Group will consist of 25 people - graders from No Miami
Grammar School and chaperones They will arrive at Battle Green Inn at 8 30
Saturday night They want to see the Battle re-enactment and march in
Youth Parade Paul Mazerall will rope off a special section for them

Joel Alper - President of Senior Class - will meet with T C C on
March 14, 1985
Amateur Radio will meet with T C C on March 14, 1985
Lexington Police will be in on April 7, 1985

Ray Flynn Ray has sent out 80 invitations to bands and marching groups
He has only received 12 replies - 9 of which are possibilities
Bob Jackson The Marine Band is still hopeful Will inform us at a
later date
Pat Flynn M D C will not be available We will have an R 0 T C
Marching Unit from M I T
Marion Snow Received 3 float requests Spirit of '76 is all set
Karen Gaughan - Need 60 or 80 Banner Bearers We have not heard from
Cub Scouts as yet
The T C C Committee unanimously nominated Dick Crogan to be Chief Marshall if he is
available
The 4H Club Horse Troop is waiting for authorization from their insurance company before
they can make a final decision for A M Parade
Budweiser Horses are still on hold for P M Parade
Meeting was adjourned at 9 45 P M
