Business Dick Crogan has accepted post of Chief Marshall He will meet with T C C
on March 21 , 1985
T C C. selected Gresh Lattimore as Chief of Staff, providing he is available
Bill Fitzgerald had a meeting with President of Senior Class - Joel Alper
He is to come in for meeting with T C C and bring in his Vice President,
Aides, and Division Marshall 579--��s`
Bill Fitzgerald has procurred 2 convertibles and we need 2 more
Karen is requesting permission to write letters to youth groups regarding
Banner Bearers Joe Medlin is working on Boy Scouts Marion will call
Joan Clark, co-ordinator of Boy Scouts

Bob Jackson has marching unit from Hanscom.
The Demolay will have a float, a marching unit and pancake breakfast at
Masonic Temple
Bill Fitzgerald will check with Paul Jenkins about getting help with road
signs
The Past White Tricorn Hats will join parade at Muzzey
T C C will introduce Larry Whipple at the ceremonies on the Green in A M
as last year's recipient
Paul Jenkins will contact Martin Gilmore for Old Belfry ringing at 5 30 and
also the churches to ring at 5 35
The Bus Company has been contacted-at Kennedy Hall at 7 00, Minute-Man
Statue at 12 00 and 1 00, High School parking lot at 12 00
Sgt Corr and Lt Taylor, Lexington Police, will be at T C C. meeting on
March 7, 1985
Handicap parking will beaarranged at Depot Square
