Taylor will be at T C C meeting on 3/14/85 Chrm Fitzgerald received a call from Norwich and because of exams they will be unable to participate in parade on Patriots Day He has contacted Norwich management and hopefully they will be available 4H Horse Club has not been active - doubtful we will have horses in morning parade No Miami Group will arrive on Saturday April 12th at 8 00 P M at Battle Green Inn Pat Flynn will check on (\c as- n band and National Guard Band Bill Samuelson, Amateur Radio, if possible will be in on March 14 ChrmFitzgerald contacted Budweiser - All horses are booked for 1985 We were told to send through a request in the next 6 - 8 weeks for 1986 They will notify us by October or November of this year Banner Bearers Karen and Paul will follow through with Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts Bob Jackson reported there should be final word on Marines this week Karen Gaughan reported 3 floats positive - due date on float requests 3/20 T C C will introduce Larry WhinDle at ceremonies on the Green in A M as the !984 White Hat recipient P M Parade 4/15/85 Chief Marshall - Dick Crogan rit.
