Business Neil Cronin was checking on floats The judging will be at 12 30
Dick Michelson will be available to help with floats
Banner Bearers We have 18/20 We need more Hopefully they will
arrive at meeting with Karen on Saturday 4/6/85
C B S will photograph the re-enactment, the Youth Parade and
ceremonies on the Green They have to leave by 9 A M to cover the
Marathon
C B S and Adams Russell will set up on right hand side of Green by
revolutionary monument to cover Minute Men coming from Buckman
Tavern and the arrival of the 10th Regiment of Foot
Chief Marshall of Youth Parade will be at meeting on 4/11/85
Lions Club sent a letter to all white hats to meet at Muzzey
The Miami Group will arrive at 4 00 P M on Saturday 4/13/85 The
Lexington Historical Society will take them throuah Hancock Clarke
House on Tuesday and at 10 00 A M Tuesday the Museum of Our
National Heritage will escort them through area
The Boston Unitversity Concert Band will play on the Green from
1P M to 2 P M
Paul Mazerall will rope area and set up chairs
4thDivision Marshall Bergeron reported his aides would be Asst Chief
John McDonough, Cant Richard Sullivan and Capt Watson
Blue Mountain Middle School , Montrose, N Y will be in Lexington
for re-enactment, Paul Revere and William Dawes and to march in P M
Parade - 80 youngsters
Buses for P M - Shriners from Elks at 12 45 to staging area
1 bus will return to Elks to take marchers to staging area
1 bus will take non-marchers and V I P to grandstand
Ancient & Honorable will use bus from High School parking lot to
staging area
Chief Marshall Crogan , Chief of Staff Lattimore, Pat Flynn at
staging area to aid Bob Jackson
Marion Snow will greet dignitaries and the Spirit at East Lexington
Library
Kathy and Dawn will handle desk at staging area:
Bill Fitzgerald will leave station wagon at balifield to load banners
into at end of Parade

Council of Minute Men will parch in P M Parade, Arlington, Bedford
Concord, Boxborough
Bob Jackson requested if General Chubs reports in to Elks to notify
desk at Staging Area
T C C will meet on the green at 5 30.
