Flynn, Marion Snow, Pat Flynn, Bob Jackson, Paul Jenkins, Jean Coates, Karen Gaughan Guests: Joel Alper, Brandt Sakakeeny Business: Memorial Day Paul Cunha will be Chief Marshall, Neil Cronin and Nish Semonian his aides . Members of the V.F.W. will raise the flag. Bob reported that the speaker will be Capt. Clinton Lane , Pease Air Force Base . Minutemen will fire one volley at Westview, Monroe , Cary and the Old Burying Ground; three at the Battle Green. Lexington Fire Department Honor Guard will be present Joel Alper will give the Gettysburg Address. Brandt Sakakeeny will read General Logan's Orders . Robert Jackson will give the Welcome on the Battle Green. Ray reported that the High School Band, speaker' s stand, speakers and roping are all arranged. Rev. Mepplelink will be with us at the Old Burying Ground and the Green. Minutemen will provide Clergy for Westview, Cary and Monroe . Paul has contacted Troop 119 for Boy Scouts. Karen contacting Cubs, Girl Scouts and Campfire . Marion coordinating with Board of Selectmen. Pat arranging for Youth Award winners to march with Guests . Karen will prepare roster for 5/23 meeting. Parade route will remain the same as 1984, including going left of the Statue . Guests on 5/23 will be Paul Cunha, Neil Cronin, and Charles Price for final planning for Memorial Day. Patriots ' Dav Only 2 bills for parade units are outstanding. Donations approved for Lexington Fire Department Honor Guard and Pvt. Charles J. Shutt Detachment in Watertown.
