Sunrise Parade.
Ray Flynn reported on music - he would like to hold back
another 2 - 32 - 3. 41k...s - High School Band O.K.
Pat Flynn - letter from Boston University band are bringing
80 pieces for the concert on the Common starting at 1 00 P.M
Northeast band still not sure.
Bill Fitzgerald suggested a banner at beginning of parade
announcing the theme - "Lexington Through the Years"
The Elks have sent letter to Shriners - still open. The Elks
also confirmed their invitation to the T.C.C. to host the V I P.
and other guests from 12 :00 Noon through the reception after the
Parade.
Bill Fitzgerald requested Pat Flynn to write to Capt. Donna Sheehan
at Fort Devens to be our V-e-tera-t Da-y-. aaker, and to include her
husband in invitation, and also to write to Capt. Clinton Lane for
-A-,w° d or-i-a l—Day.
Bill Fitzgerald talked to No. Miami group They will arrive at
4 00 P M on Wednesday and will return by train at 8:00 A M on
following Tuesday
Jean Coates is to write invitations to Governor Dukakis , Steve Doran,
Sen Kennedy, Sen. Kraus , Tip O'Neil , Vice President Bush,-
Ed. Markey and British Counsul
