Marion Snow contacted Supt.of School - He OK'd T C C. Members to go into schools to attempt to get banner bearers. Changes in 4th division - Capt. John Quinlan will replace Capt Sullivan as aide in 4th division representing Lexington Fire Department A M. Parade: Chief Marshall Carla Agostino - Chief of Staff -- Michael Shaughnessy - Capt. Price - Minute-Men will take care of flag raising and will be responsible for flag raising detail The Minute-Men will make a presentation at_ the morning ceremonies of the Cecil K. Harris award to the outstanding musician in the L H S Band Minute-Men will have rehearsal on the Green April 6th, rain date April 13th, from 2-4 P.M Bus at ,S.t Brigid's at 7 00 A M. to go to staging area - Bus at Statue at 1 00 P.M. to go to staging area. For A M Re-enactment we will allow wheel chairs inside ropes near Buckman Tavern side of Green- so they will not interfere with the Britis.h coming onto Green. 47th British regiment want to March in A M. Parade Vicar Robert Gollidge may possibly be a guest for the re-enactment from the Old North Church. We must get protocol information from the British R E placing various divisions in the A.M. and P M Parade. The Battle road March on Sunday 4/20 - They will be at Hastings Park •at 1 00 P.M __ for 15/20 minute battle - will stop at St. Brigid's for 15/20 minutes - proceed through the Green and then to Tower Park for 15/20 minute battle and then proceed to Maple Street to pick up buses to go to Arlington Schedule for re-enactment on the Green - British 10th Regiment of Foote and some members of the Brigade. -2- In the P.M. Parade the British of the 32nd and 47th division. The Lexington Fire Department Color Guard will be in both A.M and P.M. Parade. Pat Flynn announced the M.D.C. is sending 2 or 3 horses and a Color Guard. Northeastern will supply a Jazz Band -+ We will have to supply a flat bed B.0 Concert Band will play on the Green before the Parade Meeting adjourned at 9 45 Frances P. Mallett Recording Secretary
