Fitzgerald reported that the Radio Club would proceed as they did last year. We have 18 Sponsors - 6 who are new so we will need 6 new banners at $50.00 each. Chrm. Fitzgerald talked with a woman whose child is blind. She works with a group from Wellesley called "Child Care'! . They requested permission to put a small float in the parade, accepted by Committee. Don Wilson from Wilson Farms will out in a "Market Wagon" complete with two horses as a float in Parade Chrm. Fitzgerald is still negotiatino with Haul-Mor; Mr. Barry, from Holbrook for 8 Clydsdale Horses. Agenda for 4/10 Chief Marshall Carla Dagastino - President of `senior Class L H S 1986 Chief of Staff - Michael Shaughnessy - Vice president Senior Class L-H S .198E They will confer with T.0 C to finalize plans for Youth Parade. Business• We have 2 cars from Mirak and 1 white convertible from Jack Maloney. Adams Russell Cable T.V. will have two Disney Characters ,for the Parade Buses • Banner Bearers bus at Hi h School , who will be able to accommodate some of the Band at 12.30 - bus at 1:30. Minute-Men Bus at 7.00 A.M. from Kennedy and from Monument at 1 00 P.M. Six buses at Elks for Shriners at 1:00 P.M and one bus leaving the Elks for the Grandstand at 1 :30 P.M. Reports from Committee: Pat Flynn will check with Paul Jenkins about getting banners down to Follen Church Sunday night. Floats : Six floats and several spacers, Marion Snow reported the "Spirit" will have a rehersal behind the police Dent on Saturday April 5 , 1986, at 9 .00 A.M. She also reported that cable T V will show parade on Monday April 21st and probably Thursday April 24th 2 Ray Flynn will arrange for ten chairs to be delivered to staging area , he also reported on eighteen bands. Karen Gaughan will have morning Roster ready by April 10th, she also reported we are short of Banner ,Bearers. Minute Man Council will have a walk through of the Battle Road on Saturday 4/5/86 - they will arrive at Hastings Park at 11 .15 A r1 , and march to Battlegreen, then to Tower Park P M.
