Bill Fitzgerald has contacted "Season Four" gift shop Their driveway and parking lot will be available for the A M. Parade for a staging area Motion made and seconded - so moved - The A "1I will start from Seasons Four at 7 30 A M This includes White Hat and Brownies, Cubs, Blue Birds , etc Progress Report Ray Flynn has sent letters to all units that have participated before Pat Flynn - M D C will supply a Color Guard A horse patrol - P M who will be at beginning of parade - to aid in crowd control if Parade necessary Col Andrew Zaleski will supply us with 50 State flags We must supply carriers Pease Air Force - Color Guard from 1st Brigade B U Band under direction of music director Chrisman Northeastern Band - Marion Snow - Working on drummer for Spirit She has 2¢3 people to choose from Reported on Historical Society Karen Gaughan - Float applications are ready to go out She will get float applications to C 0 A , Elks, Lions Club Karen reported Methuen Color Guard would like to participate Paul Jenkins - Checking arm bands and banners Karen Gaughan will take care of release of theme to the press Bill Fitzgerald reported that John Vann has talked with him and retreat will be as before Page 2 - (Continued) Bill Fitzgerald has talked to Elks r e Shriners Nothing certain - but it will be the same deal as last year The Elks also invited us to use their facility to receive our guests before parade and come back after parade for a reception T C C will select Chief Marshall and Chief of Staff within next two weeks and then follow up on Division Marshalls and aides before 1st week in February No Miami Group will be coming up on train Hopefully Gov Graham will come also Meeting adjourned at 9 30 P M Respectfully, Frances P Mallett Recording Secretary
