Business The A M Parade will start from Four Seasons It is imperative
that everyone to he at the staging area by 7 00 A M
John Holt has accepted the position of Chief Marshall
Ben Golini will accept Chief of Staff
Suggested Aides - Capt, Earl Blount, Gresh Lattimore, Joe Rooney, Capt Leary,
Unger, Dawn and Tony Dzlakowski , Georgia Smith, Beatrice Lewis,
Cunha, Steinkraus , Murphy, Taylor, To be assigned as available
4th Division Asst Chief John McDonough, Capt Robert Walton and
Capt John Quinlan
Marion Snow will take care of getting Program of the Day to Police
and Fire Departments , Visitors Center and Chamber of Commerce
Capt Kilmartin will contact Marion Snow on Handicapped Parking
Marion Snow will write invitation to General Todd and make
reservation for him at the Sherator Hotel for Sunday night 4/19/87
Karen Gaughan the A M parade The President of Senior Class will
be Chief Marshall He will name his aides and Division Marshalls
The Police Department will cut off Mass Ave at 1 00 P M They
will post no parking Signs from Curve Street to Spencer Street for
floats
The S S Lexington group announced 20 men and women will march in
1987 Patriots flay Parade
The T C C subcommittee is as follows Charles Hyde, Dawn and Tony
Dzlakowski , Priscilla McGrath, Nancy Cannolongo, Gerald Hagerty
The Elks Hall will be available from 11 30 to parade time and after
parade for reception
