HomeMy WebLinkAbout1987-04-16-TCC-min.pdf TOWN CELEBRATIONS COMMITTEE April 16, 1987 Present Chairman Fitzgerald, Vice Gym Flynn, Karen Gaughan, Pat Flynn, Bob Jackson, Tony and Dawn Dzalonski , Nancy Cannalonga, Priscilla McGrath, Paul Jenkins, Charlie Hyde, Jerry Hagerty, Jean Coates, Fran Mallett Guests Chief Marshall John Holt Banner Bearers We need an additional 25 youngsters Business Save area near the statue for wheel chairs - the same as last year Town will rope off Parking Area at the church for bus from Elks Bob Jackson will aid the B U Band who will arrive about 12 30 at Depot Square Lexington Pop Chorus will arrive in front of reviewing stand about 1 30 A roped off section will be reserved "Blue Ghost" members in P M Parade At the A M Battle a reserved section will be saved for foreign students The T C C. will meet at reviewing stand at 5 00 A M to set up plans for formation The British Consul will be at the Battle He will be escorted to the reviewing stand A M Parade and P M Parade Radio Group - unit assigned - at Pleasant Street at desks where Nancy and Dawn will be 12 00 - 3 00 Elks Hall at 12 00 Mass Ave at Marrett Road 12 00 - 3 00 Muzzey Jr High Waltham Street and Mass Ave Reviewing Stand 1 unit at High School - 2 buses will be there to move banner bearers to staging area 12 30 - 1 30 After 1 30 move to intersection by Hayden Unit at Elks will remain until Shriners have returned from Parade.
