Business:- The Town Celebrations Committee selected the theme for Patriots Day. "A Salute To Our Heroes" Motion made and seconded to accept the theme. So moved. The Board of Selectmen suggested the T.C.C. appoint associate members to the Committee to train them and build a stronger Committee. Suggestions to be approved by Board of Selectmen- Dawn and Tony Dziokonski Eric Michelson Ruth Williams Priscilla McGrath Charles Hyde Nancy Cannalonga Motion made to ammend Motion of Oct. 30th 1986 read 7 associates on 1/8/87 - So voted - Pat Flynn made a motion to close nominations for associate members - So voted. Patriots Day will be celebrateF& on Monday 4/20/87 Early parade will start at 4 Seasons. T.C.C. will request an additional Reviewing Stand to use in Early Parade ,�p'j,fit_• f'' Minutemen and their guests. In PM parade for Military, Selectmen etc. The other to be used by T.C.C. and their guests. The Elks do not have any confirmation as yet about Shriners. Probably in Feb. Jean Coates will send an invitation to Father Demetiroux to give the Invocation and Benediction in the Early Morning Parade Ray Flynn says all letters have gone out for Patriots Day P.M. Parade. Lexington Town Celebration Committee 1/8/87 Business Can't - Bob Jackson is working on 26th division 614'5 Pat Flynn has lined two ';w % - ROTC - and Special Forces. Marion Snow will discuss with her brother the possibility of getting the Harvard Band. Next Meeting Thursday January 15th. Meeting adjourned at 9:30 Frances P.
