Marilyn N McWeeney Recording Secretary 47 Bridge Street Lexington, MA 02178 October 11, 1988 Mr William P Fitzgerald 65 Liberty Avenue Lexington, MA 02173 Dear Bill , After our telephone conversation of October 3, I gave alot of thought to my resigning from the Town Celebrations Committee I really think it is in the best interests of the Committee and myself to resign at this time I enjoyed working with you, Ray Flynn and the other members of the Committee I learned a great deal about the "behind-the- scenes" work that goes on to produce the successful celebrations for the Town of Lexington If in the future when my personal commitments lessen and if there is an opening on the Committee, perhaps you will again consider me as a member Sincerely, Mary Ann McKenna
