PRESENT Bill Fitzgerald, Chairman, Pat Flynn, lst Vice Chairman, Ray

Adrienne Della Penna, Bob Jackson, Jean Coates, Marilyn
McWeeney
Chairman Bill called the meeting to order at 8 05 p m The minutes of
1 ,126/89 were accepted at amended
PATRIOTS DAY
Paul Rouillard accepted with pleasure his nomination as Chief Marshall
George Gabriel also accepted the Chief of Staff position
Paul Rouillard requested Ben Golini, Navy, to be his aide he would also like
to have Joe Rooney, Marines
Paul would like to have all branches of the service represented
Aides for the Chief Marshall, ist Division and 3rd Division were discussed
amd names proposed
HAFB has sent a list of 6 guests

Permission to use the Elks hall at 12 Noon was received by Bill from Fred
hpr '_
Tonfirmation from Shriners received
Verbal acceptance received from General Galvin.
Chief Marshall of the A.M parade is Mark Suffredini, LHS Class President
Bill has asked him to put a float together
Next meeting Chief of Staff and Chief Marshall will attend.
Bill Mason, V P Korean War Vet. Assoc, is sending a detail of 20 men anti a
5 man color guard
The Korean Consul has been invited.
REPORTS
Adrienne, The float applications have gone out.
Pmt., The B U Concert band will be in Depot Square HAFB will supply a
color guard Adj General of N.G will support us Has contacted the Army,
Navy, Air Force ROTC from M.I T
John: Is requesting Boy Scouts
Bob: Talked about a group, The Native American Woodland 7 Contacted
94th R.COM. -HAFB
Jean. Invitations went out to Federal people, and Consul General Great
Britain.
Marilyn. Working on banner bearers' form with Charlie
Dawn. Will contact Korean minister State invitations went out. Doing
drafts of roster
Ray_ Went over marching band list with committee
