PATRIOTS DA" UPDATE
Bill asked Marilyn to send invitations to both Dr Geiger and the School
Committee if not already done
Beacon Publicaticns will have a separate section on all PatriotE weF'i'end
activities
John Watson cannot be 1st Div Marshal, Earl Blount was voted to be the 1st
Div Marshal
Bill has not received the 2nd Div Roster as yet
The committee went over the entire afternoon parade roster
Neil Cronin was advised of the four f Coats we presently have listed
PTA Float ( Youth)
Mal s Float (Commercial)
LexPress (Civic)
Lexington Waspam Sister City Committee (7)
Bill has spoken with Dawn Dz and Karen Gaughan who will help on Patricts
Day The buses are going to be very expensive this year
REPORTS
Charlie, Needs more banner bearers Committee will all help to come up
with some names
Ray. Handling chair order
John. Could he use downstairs of Visitors Center to meet with Scouts on
Thurs 4/13, 8 00 p rn ? Yes
Paul Rouillard: Meeting with all aides and marshals on Wed., 4/5/80
Pat. Scouts will be runners for the marshals in parade
Adrienne: No Princeton band.
Bob: Expressed the appreciation of the committee to Pat Flynn for his
ability to get such a good showing of Army in this years parade
Jean: Major Street, USAF, Hanscom Field will be coming.
Bill shared with the committee the personal problems that John Holt is
having at this time, our best goes out to him
