SPONSORS Mr. Fitzgerald reviewed the list of sponsors of units to date, as well as
the dollar value of their sponsorships. The matter of billing was also reviewed and
will be handled as is appropriate in each case - some sponsors are choosing to cover
the entire cost of a participating unit and some to supplement the Town funds available.
Mr Brenchick also reviewed the banner costs involved. He and Paul Jenkins will work
to find banner-carriers, the sponsors contacted preferred to leave this assignment to
the TCC.

noted that there had been a question regarding possible additional local guests who
might be invited to the luncheon, it was unanimously voted that the luncheon guest
list should not be enlarged. The expected guest list for the post-parade reception
will total approximately 100; Mr. Gaughan will be responsible for obtaining supplies
and service help in addition to Page Caterers, who will provide the buffet.
