Present Mr. Gaughan, Mr. Fitzgerald, Mrs. Litchfield, Mr. Turner, Mr. Flynn,
Mr. Jenkins, Mrs. Mallett.
Guests: Mr. Norman Coates - Chief Marshall - Mr. Daniel Murphy-Chief of Staff
Capt. George Gabriel, Adj. Byron Sullivan of Lexington N. M
Re-enactment is scheduled 6 A M.
(a) 6 M. M. units providing Picket duty on Common
(b) 13 companies of M. M.
(1 Mr. Gaughan suggested T.C.C. needs a protocol list of
all M. M. companies who have accepted- Date of Corporation etc.
(c) 64th British (20/25) to march in afternoon parade. Would have
their own music.
Parade 22 units have been invited. Holding on Somerville,Hull and Beverly at the
moment.

Fleeto "the clown" with carriage
Rainbow girls in both parades
Basketball Team in parade
Staff Bank in P.M parade
Request to Mr. Gillespie combined Jr. & Senior H. S. Bands
on Morning parade.
Suggest J. Bolino be invited to be in Parade

Hosting: All arrangements are completed as planned.
Necessary equipment is arranged for i. e. PA System, Walkie Talkie,
Chairs, Buses, Stand, Speakers stand for A.M.
Other Business: Suggestion made that in future years T.C.C. make early contact
with senators and representatives to get Military units for
future parades.
