Procedure: T.C.C. decided to place Freedom High School band in
first division.
Mr. Gillespie - Combined Jr. & Sr. H.S. Bands to be
in A. M. Parade. H. S. Bands in P.M. Parade.
Motion made- seconded & so moved to ask Clan MacPherson Bagpipe band to
march in P.M. Parade.
