Correspondence Letter of Resignation, Mr Richard Perry-accepted by
Selectmen.
Business Suggestions for new membrs -

19th of April Parade:-
1) It was brought up at meeting the necessity of having an interested
and knowledgeable person to work closely with Ray Flynn in band
organization for parade.
2) Dan Murphy suggested as Chief Marshall
3) Committee suggested Chief of Staff be interviewed by T.C.C. before
appointment is finalized.
4) T.C.C. feels strongly about necessity of getting women involved in
Parade organization.
5) Constant problem of children under reviewing stand. Suggestion made
to put snow fence around stand
6) Necessity to get children lined up to carry sponsors banner for 19th
parade. We need youngsters - boys or girls, 10-14.
Memorial Day Parade:
Police will continue to handle Memorlal Day Parade - Will supply Chief
Marshall, Chief of Staff and Marsha:11s.
Business:- Next meeting Dec. 7th. Final r'eeting until January.
Meeting adjourned at 10 00 P.M.
