Captain Lina emphazed necessity drivers at Pollen Road of buses are to
unload passengers at once and immediately proceed to H S parking lot
Bus drivers or head of bands should be so instructed.
Lexingtor Police to provide transportation for Chrm. of B.0 S to Paul Revere
Chief Marshall and Dawn Brenchick to Adams School
Guestsn- Mr Joel Schulman - Past Comander Lexington Minute Man
Mr Schulman requested crowd control at Kennedy School-
A meeting with police at 5 A.M. to brief -
Minute Man will have 20 pickets on common - request police aid in crowd
control if necessary
Instruct pickets what duties and how they can enforce restrictions -
The re-enactment - The British Troops to arrive 6 A.M.
Minute Men will leave Woburn Street and Mass Ave at 5 45 A.M
Visiting British to be assigned area to review re-renactment

T.C.0 will go back to Minute Man on placing of W B.Z Mobile unit
Lexington Minute ;gen will lead all Colonial Legions in our parade
Wreaths to be brought to Kennedy School at 7 00 A.M. before parade
Buses 1 hour before afternoon parade to go to Adams School
Minute Men to furnish own buses
T.C.C. to supply Minute Men badges
Parade.- T.C.C. Mr Joseph Steinkraus , Chief Marshall
T.C _C. will send Mr Steinkraus acceptance to 8.0 S He will have
his resume next week so Karen can get to newspaper
T_C.0 requested all Mr Steinkraus appointments for Chief of Staff
be brought for T.C.C. to approve
Professional Film Co has requested permission to photo Sunday
