Correspondence-- Letter from Governor King's secretary Invitation gratefully
received Will respond at later date
Inditations were sent to Hanscome, Devins -

Church bells - Church of Our Redemer, Unitarian, Hancock, Follen
Balance will call back
Eagle Scouts - (2) at this time
Dat Brenchick - Girl Scouts
Guests.- Andrea Craighorne - New Editor, Lexington Minute Man
T C.0 requested better publicity - better position in paper
We hal an interesting discussion with Ms Craighorne and we
{ feel she will try to work with T.0 C
Parade - Cnief Marshall Steinkraus submitted his resume and picture for
the newspaper publicity
He will have his recommendations next week 3/6 for chief of staff and
aides
B.2 called - field engineers will be out within next 2 weeks to
check area - Plans are proceeding on schedule
A suggestion was made by Paul Jenkins to invite Olympic Hockey Players
to celebration Discussion of inviting Sheryl Frank/Mike Boetecelli,
The Carruthers and Pricills Hill This was held in obeyance -
Ifollowing further discussion next week

Fire Chief Bergeron regreeted - Will not come before committee unless
we feel it is necessary Will provide an engine for parade
