The future use is yet to be determined the decision to be made by December 1st of this year. The thrust of the discussion hinged on the fact that the Town Manager had requested that the CoA not ask for an increase greater than 5% in its proposed FY' 83 budget. The enlarged congregate meals program would be a major factor in increasing the budget by 49%. It was the consensus of the board members that this program is extremely important and that its full implementation should be included in the budget proposal.
