Lexington.Wilmington Tri -Ton Coalition Advisory Board Meeting Meeting Minutes March 19, 2025 2:00 PM Via Webex Attendees: Susan Lumenello, Director Burlington Board of Health, Alicia McCartin, Associate Director Lexington Board of Health, Shelly Newhouse, Director Wilmington Board of Health, Katy Fachon, PHE Epidemiologist, Juliana Blodgett, PHE Community Outreach Worker, and Katie Capobianco, Shared Services Coordinator I. Approval of Minutes • Approval of February 19, 2025 meeting minutes - approved. II. Presentation Hoarding Disorder for First Responders — Juliana • There was a suggestion to shorten the presentation by 10 minutes for the First Responders. • Alicia and Shelly will arrange meetings for the presentation to the fire and police departments. • Shelly is interested in having Juliana do this presentation for the seniors. III FPHS Tools • Shelly advised that she has completed both parts of the FPHS Tool. • Katy is working with Lexington and Burlington on completing the Cost Delivery Tool. • Katy needs a breakdown of salaries paid from Lexington. Alicia advised that she does not have that information and will need to touch base with Joanne if she is able to provide it. IV Strategic Plan • The planning sessions will take place on April 15'h and April 161h. Shelly is able to make one of the sessions and Alicia will check with Kellianne if she is able to attend. V Website • Kara is working on content. • The logo needs to be changed as the colors did not translate well to the website and for apparel. Katie will be ordering clothing for the PHE Staff. Lexington.Wilmington VI Tobacco Updates • Tahycha is scheduled for retail and compliance checks. • The new tobacco regulations go into effect this month. Lexington passed the regulations without the generational bans. • Let Tahycha know if Wilmington needs assistance with the regulations. VII Updates • Rebecca is training on MAVEN and will be trained soon in CPR and Stop the Bleed. • Lexington and Wilmington are interested in giving measles vaccinations to adults. • Kara is working on social media, websites, and Tri -Ton email to be used for work requests. • Tahycha needs to retake the soil evaluator exam. VIII New Business The next Tri -Ton Advisory Board meeting will take place on April 23, 2025. Katie will send out an updated invite. Meeting Adjourned at 2:50 pm.
