ONE COUNTRYSIDE VILLAGE LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02173 863-5362 Minutes for December 18, 1986 Present--William Hays ,Linda Conrad, David Eagle, Jean Gaudet , and Sherry Edmondsand Donald Wilson Also present--Peter Nelson--representative of Simpson,Gumpertz , & Heger Muzzey Trustees--Peter DiMatteo, Susan Hartery, and Eric Michelson, and Building Managers Bev & Joe O'Leary Peter Nelson explained that SGH will check the major components of the building and the services First the design adequacy of the heating system will be checked in four or five units They will study the envelope, the roof, the amount of water and air penetrating the building, and the electric service A HVAC engineer will be contacted General recommendations on improvement, maintenance, and repair will be made The problem of laundry room noise was discussed, but Peter Nelson did not think that was a problem included in the study It was agreed that Joe O'Leary contact repairman to do immediate repair work. A decision was made that units 104, 109, and 110 would be checked. After Mr Nelson and the Trustees left, the Board reviewed the applications, and made the decision to interview Mr.& Mrs Lawson Ott, Mr & Mrs Aaron Arlan, Mr & Mrs Molyrath Sim, Mr & Mrs Francis Chisholm, Mary Litton, and Tammy Coleman on Saturday, December 27, at the Town Hall, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. There was a discussion about the importance of the house being inspected quarterly The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 14, at 8p.m. Respectfully submitted, Joan M.
