Minutes for July 2, 1986
Present. William Hays, Donald Wilson, Linda Conrad, Jean Gaudet, and Sherry Edmonds
There was no meeting in June, because of a lack of a quorum.
Bill discussed the Fair Housing invitation to its meeting Bill will
attend the July 9 meeting It was stated that the Lexhab Board should be free
of interference in the selection of tenants, but they understand their obligation
to minorities
There was a discussion of the interview of prospective tenants Twenty- 00

three persons who had previously applied were considered,^as v.1611 as seven
new applicants A motion was made to offer a Unit to Barbara Kauplis and one
to Diane Johnson Linda so moved, seconded by Jean. The vote was unanimous
Both will be contacted, as well as the Lexington Housing Authority There was
a discussion about the need for assistance for Diane Johnson Further information
will be needed.
The applications for renewals were given to Jean to review, and she will
forward them to Linda A request for the 1985 Income Tax returns will be made
to Mr and Mrs Martin and Merriman. There was a discussion about Robert Modoono
and Carol Charlton having extra occupants in their units A letter will be sent
to both.
The minutes for February 6, 1985 were approved as read.
There was a discussion of Allen Lieb's Technical Audit cost, that exceeds
the estimate given at the May 21 meeting A consensus was given that Bill ask
Dave to request Mr Lieb to return to the Board with an explanation Both Dave
and Bill will look for another consultant

No decesion was made at this time
The next meeting will be held on July 9, at 7 30, in Room 201 at the
Town Hall
