Minutes for March 12 , 1986
Present, Jean Gaudet, David Eagle, Sherry Edmonds , Linda Conrad,
William Hays , Donald Wilson, And William Kennedy
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The December 4 , 1985 minutes were approved as amended The
fourth line of the third paragraph was amended by changing the
, after intended to , The February 5 minutes were approved
CHAIRMAN REPORTS
Jean Gaudet reported about the recent break of a frozen pipe
on the fourth floor, which did considerable damage to Unit 116
and some damage to Unit 221 There was also a discussion about
the sprinkler head bursting and not alerting the fire department
These and other building problems were discussed and how the
Condo Association is going to handle them with the developer
Donald Wilson suggested that a HUD recommended Architect do a
complete check of the building Bill Hays suggested that LEXHAB
be involved in the Architects Survey Dave Eagle suggested
that the idea be presented to the Condo Association first
Lee Miller of Menotomy Weatherization has completed the Energy
Audit and will submit his report to us
David Eagle reported that all our units are lead paint free
Copies of the report were sent of the Lexington Housing Authority
and to the tenants
Bill Hays reported that we have a tax ID number, but not tax-
exempt status He stated he felt it was unnecessary

Jean Gaudet reported that Bob Hutchinson told her that LEXHAB
Board members are covered for Liability by the Town Insurance
Policy Susan Adler will be contacted for a letter of con-
firmation
TREASURER' S REPORT
$18 , 000 was transferred from Depositor ' s Trust to the Mass
Municipal Depository Account
ANNUAL REORGANIZATION
Joan Wall conducted the meeting for nominations Bill Hays was
unanimously elected as Chairman Donald Wilson was elected as
Vice-Chairman by unanimous vote David Eagle was re-elected
Treasurer, and Linda Conrad was re-elected Secretary
Jean Gaudet agreed to remain a Trustee to the Condo Association
GOALS
There was a discussion about the Rotary sponsored, Minuteman
Tech built house on Emerald Street It was suggested that
LEXHAB inquire about the acquisition of the house Sherry
suggested we discuss acquisition of additional housing at
the next meeting on April 9 , 1986 at 8p m in Gl
