Minutes for February 5, 1986
Present Jean Gaudet, William Hays , David Eagle, Sherry
Edmonds, Linda Conrad, and Donald Wilson
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Linda Conrad made a motion, seconded by Sherry Edmonds to
approve the January 14, 1986 minutes It passed unanimously
ELECTION OF OFFICIERS
The election of officiers was postponed until the next meeting
when the complete board will be in attendance
HEATING COSTS
There was a discussion of heating problems and the high cost of
heat in the condos Community Energy Partnership in Arlington
will be contacted about home energy audits
RUGS
Dave reported that the rugs that had come apart at the seams
had been fixed
PLANNING BOARD
The report for the Planning Board will be due in March
DEPOSITS
Dave suggested that some of the money in the Depositor ' s Trust
account be transferred to the Mass Municipal Depository Account
There was a discussion about using some of that money to buy
housing for families with children

There was a discussion on Liability Insurance coverage for
the Lexhab Board Members
LEAD PAINT
Dave Eagle will contact the Lead Painting Testing Company
to check the condos
Bill Hays made a motion, seconded by Dave Eagle, that the
Board go into Executive Session to discuss non-payment of rent
by a tenant Each menher voted "yes" to go into Executive Session
The next meeting will be held on March 12 , at 8p m
The regular meeting was adjourned at 9 20
