RTOR is acceptable at these intersections because of relatively light pedestrian flow Lowell Street and East Street RTOR now permitted from Lowell Street westbound onto East Street (through slip ramp) RTOR's from Lowell Street eastbound onto East Street and from East Street northbound onto Lowell Street might be acceptable, though high traffic levels might make these difficult Bedford Street and Hartwell Avenue Currently RTOR is permitted from Hartwell Ave , though there was some confusion on whether this is permitted in the absence ofthe green arrow Lowell Street and Maple Street Additional RTOR's probably acceptable from Winchester Street northbound onto Lowell Street, and from Lowell Street eastbound onto Winchester Street Traffic Rules The Committee was interested in Stanley Toye's ideas, but in his absence recommended that this item be postponed to the 20 February meeting so that Mr Toye could participate ETC met
