Visitors William Dailey, Chief Marshal; Capt. James F Edgar, Lexington Minutemen, Lt. Robert Marrigan, Lexington Minutemen, Capt. James Lima, Police Department Re-Enactment Final plans for the re-enactment of the Battle of Lexington for traffic and crowd control at the Green. The Minutemen will have men from other units assisting the Lexington Police in crowd control around the Green. Patriots Day Capt. Lima stated that parking would be allowed on both sides of Marrett Rd. during parade and will be restricted on Mass Ave. between Marrett Rd, and Worthen Rd. on the right hand side coming up the avenue. Mr Barnes read a letter from Acheiral Rumble stating that the Bi- Centennial's request for the band had been forward to Washington. Mrs Litchfield will send a check to Lt. Cmdr William Broadwell for the Coast Guard Band. Mr Barnes read a letter from the Mass Recreation and Park Society requesting attendance at a Bi-Centennial conference to be held at the Museum of Science on May 11, 1973 The Committee formalized the afternoon parade roster Mrs Reed will type the rough draft so Mr Barnes can give it to the printer on Monday, April 2nd for final printing The next meeting is April 5, 1973 in G-5, Town Office Building Respectfully submitted, Thelma Reed for Marilyn Hall, Recording Secretary I )
