Chairman Barnes, Mr Gaughan, Mr Brenchick, Mrs Reed MEMORIAL DAY Mr Brenchick has invited Paul Cronin to be the speaker for the Memorial Day services on the Green. TCC should have a letter from Mr Cronin's office responding to this invitation by Monday or Tuesday of next week. Gary Zatarian, a Lexington High School junior,will give the Gettysburgh Address at Monroe Cemetery The VFW has agreed to take care of the wreaths for the Memorial Day services The Memorial Day roster will be finalized at our next meeting which will be on May 17th in room G 15 OTHER Mr Barnes distributed the Bicentennial Committee's Memorandum of Understanding to the members of the T.C.C. Mrs Reed will mail the letter to those who were absent. Mr Barnes read a letter to the T.C.C. frau the Parade Advisory Committee Mr. Barnes read a letter from the Lexington Minutemen thanking us for our support of their re-enactment of the Battle of Lexington. Mr Barnes distributed copies of the T C.0 letter to the Bi- centennial Committee All T.C.0 members should re-read this letter before the next T.C.0 meeting Respec ully submitted Thelma Reed Acting Secretary MAY 1 5 1973
