Patriots Day Mrs Litchfield read acceptances from Col and Mrs Jensen, Major and Mrs Rhodes, and Paul Cronin. Senator Kennedy sent his regrets Mr Kenney will read the Governor's Proclamation at the morning services on the Green and the Board of Selectmen will march in the morning parade Entries were received from the following groups, too late to be placed in the roster, but will be placed in the afternoon parade Cumberland Exchange League of Women Voters Float Lexington Sunnier Coop The Christian Service Brigade will not march in the morning parade. The Sea Scouts will not march in the morning parade, they will however raise the colors at the services on the Green. The meeting with the Bicentennial Committee has been changed from Wednesday, April 10th to Thursday, April 11th at 8 30 p.m. in G-15 The TCC meeting will be held at 7 30 p.m. previous to this meeting Mrs Litchfield will check with Mr Barnes regarding the amount of a check to be sent to LCDR Broadwell for the cost of transportation of the Coast Guard band. She has also sent a letter to the Public Information Office, 3245 Air Base Group, requesting a P.A. System and 2 men to run it. Mr Lord has made arrangements for the restrooms in the field house and locker rooms to be open for parade participants Mr Brenchick will contact Joe Trani to see if he can provide 2 bar tenders for the reception at the Belfry Club after the parade.
