Mrs. Clarke reported having found a person from each METCO town in the district that has a METCO program and a meeting has been scheduled for 30 May MMRVTEAS Mr. Michelman reported that the PBC project manager for CONTRACT the Cary Memorial Library job is William Scouler, and that COMPLIANCE Shirley Stolz will serve as equal employment opportunity officer. Be further reported that the contractor, Mr. Welch, has assured both him and the PBC Ghat he understands and in- tends to carry out his obligation under the contract, but no proposal foe an affirmative action program has been presented to dated.
