March 15 Present Brown, Frick Kassler, Friedman, Rawls, Reiner and Solomon. Sat rday, March 13 The Commission met informally with the Board of Selectmen/ and came to agreement on stands on articles for Town Meeting. Mrs. .Greene said that she and her husband would produce view- graphs to be used for the three conservation land articles. March 22 Present Frick, Kassler, Friedman, Rawls and Smith. Dr. Kassler announced that agreement had been reached with Mrs. Ballou that the price would be $3,000 per acre, whatever the acreage after Mrs Ballou and the Commission make final agree- ment about the exact boundaries of the purchase upon survey of the land The Commission discussed strategy and presentation of conserva- tion articles on the Town Meeting floor It was pointed out tnat reimbursement money will be coming into E. & D for next, year. Money for articles passed in 1971 probably will not be spent until 1972. Mrs. Greene stated that all papers were ready for submission of applications for reimbursement to DNR and that these would be mailed out the next day. She said all papers were ready for corresponding Federal applications, except for a statement from Town Counsel as well as the Frissore and Soule options. The above meetings began at 7:30 p.m. and adjourned at 8 p.m. Schedule of meetings in April No meeting Monday.
