MINUTES of Commission meeting November 15, 1971.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Mr. Brown, at
8:00 p.m. , with other Commission members Mr. Cohen, Mrs. Frick,
Dr. Kessler and Mrs. Rawls and ex-officio Mr. Mazerall, present.
Also present were Associate Members Dr. Friedman, Mrs. Nichols and
Mrs. Solomon.
TMMA Land Use Meeting. Reply will be sent to Mel Holland, Com-
mittee Chairman, that Dr. Kessler will represent the Commission
at the December 1 open panel discussion meeting.
Signed option,received by Town Counsel, to expire Decem-
er , 1971.
Titelb pn. Same. Mr. Cohen will see that Town Counsel will re-
ceive title references on this property.
Cooke. Plan needed for appraisals and applications.

4pvraisals have been ordered on/above three properties so that
applications can be sent out as soon as these are delivered.

Drummer Bos-O'Neida Corp conservation purchase has been completed
on October 22, according to a letter from Town Counsel.
Brook Blockage, as reported by John MacNeil, will be checked by
Engineering Department

from Boston Transportation Planning Review - a request for in-
formation on land in need of protection as related to the Route 2
extension Mrs. Nichols will work on this.
from the MAPC inviting attendance at a subregional seminar to
be held Monday evening, November 22, at the Sheraton-Lexington.
Mrs. Solomon will attend for the Commission.
Meeting of Massachusetts Association of Conservation Districts to
be held November 16 in Sturbridge will be attended by Mesdames
Frick and Rawls.
The meeting was declared executive session at 8 25 p.m. At 8: 30
p.m. the Commission joined the Planning Board, at 9 p.m. . met briefly
with the Board of Selectmen and then rejoined the Planning Board,
also in executive Session. The Commission adjourned at 10: 55 p.m.
and will next meet on Monday, November 22, at 7 45 p.m
