Executive session was declared so the commission could confer with Mr.1 & Mrs. John Ingraham and discuss other matters of financial interest to the Town. The following was discussed during open sessions from 8:30 p.m. to 8:55 p.m. and from 10:05 p.m. until adjournment. Minutes of the joint Board of Selectmen, Planning Board and Commis• sus ssion of September 20 will be requested in writing. 1971 Minutes of October 4Imeetinx accepted as submitted. Minutes of October 11. 1971 Meeting accepted as submitted. Minutes of October 18. 1971 meeting accepted with addition of words " (December 1 or 2) at end of last paragraph. • Hutch Agt. The Commission has received copy of a notice to Mr. h oico informing that Order of Conditions P.711 has been extended. DNR also stated that work being done at the end of Sanderson Road is not covered by these conditions and another application is required. Apnual Report, Part I narrative due December 10. Part II Supplement report due January 14, 1972. Budget. Mr. Brown reported that about $300 remains in the Commis. :don's operating budget. IItrvard Graduate School Research Questionnaire will be filled out by Mrs. Nichols. Name your Land suggestion has been received from Mark Moore. He will be thanked. Great Meadow Committees of Arlington and Lexington met last week. No decision on their recommendations was reached because the minor- ity proponent of a golf course was not present. Point brought out that golf courses are available only to golfers except in winter months. Vine Brook land Swat) which had been discussed by the Commission actually has taken place. Assessor's map does not show this. Agreed to ask Planning for map as the Oak Park area really is.
