HomeMy WebLinkAbout1971-10-04-CONCOM-min.pdf TOWN OF LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS CONSERVATION COMMISSION MINUTES of Commission meeting October 4, 1971. at 7:55 p.m. The meeting was called to order/by the Vice-Chairman, Dr. Kessler, with other Commission members Mrs. Frick and Mr. Cohen present& Also present were ex-officio member Mr. Mazerall and Associate Members Mesdames Nichols and Solomon and Messrs. Friedman and Smith. VOTED to approve Secretary's bill of October 4 for $119.15 for secretarial services and expenses for the month of September. Senior Citizens have invited various Town boards and committees to hold open meetings in the hall of Roger Greeley Village so that senior citizens could attend. Third Apnual Conservation Commission School of the Northeast Regional Extension Service announcement received. According to a second notice, response has been poor, Commission members commented that perhaps the timing was not good for busy Commis- sions. The meeting was declared executive from 8:05 until its adjournment at 10:43 p.m. The next meeting of the Commission will be Monday night at 7:45 p.m. - October 11th.
