A meeting of the Commission was held on 29 December 1970 et the
School Administration Building at 8: 00 P,M, Present were Butters,
Clarke, Conroy, Greeley, Hindman, Totman and Jones. Also present
were: Robert Mann, rapreseting the Council of Churches and Eric
Clarke„ representing the Planni:g Board,
Mrs, Butters reviewed plans tor li:ving.eroom meetings, eo-spon- CLEMATIS

Town Meeting members about the Clematis Brook Village project VILLAGE
and solicit their support. Assignments of members to represent
the Commission were made as follows;

Mr, Clarke presented the first draft of the Planning Board° s PLANNING
report in support of the proposal, Commission members :xrged BOARD
that the final draft he approved as soon as possible, for use STATEMENT
at the meetings and for publication on 7 January,

Mr, Michelman reported that two housekeeping articles had CONTRACT
