Statement on Article 97 prepared for Mr. Suss- , g man to read a Town Meeting w The Commission voted on March 9 to pursue only land r y owned by Green and White in this Maple Street area. o Letters to this effect were sent to the other ownerscn o of the subject land Through administrative error , rnny one of these letters was sent to Waymint Realty Trust , a w the sender not being aware that the principals behind Pag the Trust are Green and White. 0- 0 r• ro in view of having sent such a notice , the Commission feels obligated to move indefinite postponement . The �• � Commission is still vitally interested in obtaining a conservation, easement over these parcels to protect the o brooks. It is our intention to submit a similar ar- o x ticle at the next Special Town Meeting p 0 Pi 00 April 6 Since only Mr Brown and Mrs. Frick of the Com- crqrn mission and Mr Mazerall (ex-officio) were present , official m r business did not take place. o Three high school students , Robert Mann, Gavriel Ra'anan and �a w Bill Zorn interviewed Mr Brown and Mrs. Frick for a project a m on zoning for a high school history course Topics covered 0 were the total conservation program in relation to zoning, �* the effects of intensive development of wetlands and the con- C servation course at the high school w Appointments . Mr. Brown will discuss possible appointees to o the Commission, as well as other pending matters , with Mr. O ' Connell on Friday cam a m Camp , Dresser and McKee have been given data from gauges and 0` asked to give an interim or preliminary report . �y 69 ct
