4 CONSERVATION COMMISSION
MINUTES of Commission meeting December 28, 1970.
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. In addendance
were Mrs. Frick, Dr. Kessler and Manfred Friedman of the
Great Meadow Study Committee.
The Commission joined the meeting of the Board of Selectmen,
as did the Planning Board, at 8:30 p.m, Matters of concern
to the Planning Board and Conservation Commission were dies
cussed in executive session from 9:10 to 10:40 and the Cons
servation Commission continued its meeting, most in Executive
session until 11:15.

Hatch Act Action on Parker land (at Board of Selectmen's
meeting) Mr. Cataldo read the Conservation Commissionss
letter on the subject. He said that Mr. Parker hadnit been
telling the truth and that probably no conversation with
3 Town authorities had taken place on the subject of proposed
filling of Parkerss land. Mr. Cataldo further stated that
there are no rules for Town employees on how to handle in:.

The meeting adjourned at 11:15 p.m. The next meeting of
the Commission will be Monday, January 4, at 7:45 p.m. ,
1 with the remaining January meetings tentatively set up as
follows:

Monday, January 25
