A meeting of the Adational Town Crfloo Building
Committee was held In the Selestmcnis noom, Town Office
Building, on Tuesday, July i7# 1956 at 0100 P, Chair*.
man, Brooks, Messrs* Hanter and Reed wt present* Mr*
Oisher# representing Mr* Greeley, Mr* Stevens* Town
Counsel, and the Secretary were alto present* ,
Mr* Water asked Nr* Stevens if the Committee had .

Mr* Fisher submitted a letter from Arthur ii;* Steinert,

the position of Clerk. of Works on the project and would be
available an eQmpletion of the Harrington School where. he
has boon C1e of Works since September 10 19 .,. Clerk of
Al, '°:Lbax! report* a. that the architect Vor the schDol Works ,
said this man Is. exceptionally able, not :4n1y 14 handling
the job, but in his knowledge of construction*
The Chairman asked it the superviiion came under the
architect's fee and Nr* Fisher replied in the affirmative*

The Chairman said that this is a relatively small job

of the possibility of, the Building inspector checking it. He
