tlro Stevens explained that if the Coarmittes then

Mr. Stevens asked what the Committee wanted to
do about Ross and Mr, Maloney said he did not think
the Committee should gamble on him, lie said he
thought more information should be obtained and. the
Committee Should get the right. man.
Mr, Stevens said that he thought the Committee
should do nothing more than sel )t this evening and
plan to meet in one week with full information, have
Blake present and make the award that night.
It was unanimously agreed to meet on Tuesday,
July 17th*
Mr. Maloney brought up the subject of hot water
heating and said that the plan is entirelydifferent
from the discussion the Committee had with Mr. Kimball.
Mr. Stevens said if the contract is awarded. the
committee might get a change order.
Mr. Greeley said It a change is to be made it
should be made now and have the heating contractor
agree on it*
Nr. Stevens said it Is better to award and. then
make the change*
Mr. Maloney talked to Mr. Kimball on the telephone
and reported that he can't think of any place where
he has an installation ouch as this except in a house
in Beverly, but he promised to find out in4he 'awning
and call Mr. Maloney.
Mr. Stevens advised retaining the three checks
still on file submitted by the three low bidders.
The meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M,
