VFL Website and report on emails No emails and nothing to report on the website. Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity The committee discussed the challenges of identifying Asian American participation in town committees and Town Meeting. Sara del Nido Budish, Dan Joyner, and Shannon Murtagh are working on improving data collection methods and broadening the scope of the project to include broader demographic analysis. The possibility of adding a question relating to this topic to the next survey was discussed. Update from subcommittee on Participation in Local Elections The committee wants to include a description of the elected boards and committees in town. The town is missing information on whether they have liaisons to boards and committees. The Town provided a list that is not fully updated. Future study on housing: Found that there are three target audiences. Those are people having crisis relating to housing, homeowners and renters working to address their interests and needs about housing, and general housing resources. May add a new target of welcoming new people to the Town of Lexington. John Giudice notes that there is a challenge communicating with residents and having the resources that they need. There is a plan to reach out to multiple groups and town employees to schedule meetings. Created a work plan over the next few months focused on primary tasks. This includes structuring the information that is gathered and meeting with all the groups and committees that have information so we can share it with people.
