Lexington.Wilmington Tri -Ton Coalition Advisory Board Meeting Meeting Minutes December 18, 2024 2:00 PM Via Webex Attendees: Susan Lumenello, Director Burlington Board of Health, Joanne Belanger, Director Lexington Board of Health, Shelly Newhouse, Director Wilmington Board of Health, and Katie Capobianco, Shared Services Coordinator I. Approval of Minutes • Approval of November 20, 2024 meeting minutes - approved. IL Katy Doughty - Epi Discussion on 2022 Capacity Assessment Katy went over the 2022 Capacity Assessment results. Disease Control and Prevention had the lowest score. She also went over the highlights of where items needed improvement and prepared a resource guide. III. Program Updates Website — Susan advised there was a meeting with Civic Plus to go over the website design. There will be another meeting scheduled by 1/22/2025. Susan said the staff is working on creating a logo and she will send it over for Joanne and Shelly to review. Lexington and Wilmington will send any designs they may have. • Strategic Plan —Everyone should have received all the meeting invites. There will be two meetings scheduled per month. HRiA will be looking for input on individuals to be selected for key interviews. There are ten key interviews allotted. Shelly and Joanne will provide information on three individuals they would like to have interviewed. The Kick - Off meeting is scheduled for 1/8/25 from 10:00 to 11:30. Joanne advised that she is unable to make that meeting as she will be on vacation. Alicia can attend in Joanne's place and can be added to all future meetings. Shelly is able to attend the meeting • MOB- the plan is to have Leigha become a coach through Lahey in January. Sandy will become a Master Trainer. Shelly said she would be interested in having her nurse take the MOB coach training through Lahey Fall Prevention Training — Leigha is looking into this training that would involve going to a person's home to assess the fall risks at home and providing potential resources that could help them like Minute Man Services. • Mammography Van — Juliana is looking into setting this up. Let Nissa know the dates and Juliana can schedule it. • Hoarding Training — Juliana is able to present hoarding training for First Responders. Please contact Nissa to schedule this. Also, Julian met with Charlotte Dillon, an intern from Lexington, who wanted to do a Buried in Treasures for Senior training. It's a 12 Tri -Ton Coalition Advisory Board Burlington. Lexington.Wilmington week course that she invited Juliana to attend. Juliana is working on a Community Preparedness presentation that she will present at the next Tri -Ton Advisory Board meeting. STB Training — Leigha will be holding a STB training in January. She is also now fully trained in MAVEN. She will be in Lexington on 12/19/24 for the START meeting. IV. Tobacco Updates • Tahycha is on a reduced schedule until January. She is working on getting tobacco inspections done. V. New Business • The Hoarding Training is scheduled for February 25, 2025. Katie will re -send the information to Joanne and Shelly. • Please send Katie MHOA membership renewals for payment. • Next meeting is January 15, 2025. • There is a conflict for the scheduled time for the February 19, 2025 Advisory Board meeting. Katie will change the time to 3:00 to 4:00 and send a new meeting invite. Meeting Adjourned at 3:00 pm.
