Propose possible Job classitication system. 4. Oversee preparation of a Personnel Manua� . 5. Review and report on organizationai changes. 6. Conduct comparative salary reviews. '7, Study the form, function and scope of a permanent Personnel ; Board. � II, On all of these matters, report to and advise the Selectmen and the Appropriation Committee.
