2. MINUTES
Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of September 19, 2024
Upon a motion by Nicholas Santosuosso and seconded by Mark McCullough, the
Board voted to approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 19, 2024,
all members having received copies. The roll call vote was as follows:

Upon a motion by Mark McCullough and seconded by Nicholas Santosuosso, the
Board voted to accept the Bills and Checks as presented for September 2024. The

5. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT
Caileen reported to the Board:
• Vynebrooke Village—the site contractor provided a new as-built for the rain
garden which is currently being reviewed by the Civil Engineer.
• The Greeley Village Community Room second floor automatic door will be
installed in November
• The Greeley Village medicine cabinet and exhaust fan job is complete
• Section 8 is coming back to LHA 1/1/25. The new Part-time coordinator will start
next week and begin the transition
• Flu clinics being held at all villages
6. NEW BUSINESS
A) FISH 155129 —Greeley Village Medicine Cabinet and Exhaust Fan project—
Certificate of Substantial Completion
Upon a motion by Mark McCullough and seconded by Nicholas Santosuosso,the
Board voted to approve FISH 155129 —Greeley Village Medicine Cabinet and
Exhaust Fan project—Certificate of Substantial Completion. The roll call vote was
as follows:

B) FISH 155129 —Greeley Village Medicine Cabinet and Exhaust Fan project—
Certificate of Final Completion—release of retainage $18,754.08
Upon a motion by Mark McCullough and seconded by Nicholas Santosuosso,the
Board voted to approve FISH 155129 —Greeley Village Medicine Cabinet and
Exhaust Fan project—Certificate of Final Completion—release of retainage
$18,754.08. The roll call vote was as follows:

C) Snow Removal Contract 2024-2025, Vynebrooke Village and Countryside
Village
The Board and Caileen discussed the snow contract and the pros and cons of
choosing a contract rate versus a per storm rate. They all agreed that Barnard does
a good job and it is difficult to determine the weather for an upcoming storm
season. RL Barnard provided the most advantageous bid for snow removal
services for the 2024-2025 season.
Upon a motion by Mark McCullough and seconded by Nicholas Santosuosso,the
Board voted to accept the 2024-2025 Snow Removal Contract from Bernard
Landscape . The roll call vote was as follows:
