Committee felt that architects might benefit by consultation
with some disinterested architect in regard to general compo-
sition of the group of buildings. Mr Custance suggested
possibility of school building on Dr. Barnes' s property, and
of fire house in triangle between Fletcher and Woburn Streets,
W.R.Greeley suggested a landscape architect, such as Shurtleff,
and promised to study general layout starting right after
lunch, W. D. Brown agreed to do same Architects to report
to Mr. Custance before getting Shurtleff, if they think best.
