MEETING OF THE COMMITTEE, 4 May 1990
The meeting was called to order at 7 79 F M by the Chairman
Those present were Julian Bussgang, Frank DiGiammar:ino, Leo
McSweeney, Julie Triessl , Theodore Mairson, William Spencer and
Martha Stanton
The minutes of the meeting of 26 February 1990 were approved
The committee again thanked Bussgang and Mairson for their
efforts in preparing the report and letter drafts
Mairson reported on matters relating to the editing monitors in
the LHS television studio
While no •ote was taken it was the consensus that Feter Epstein
should be asked to attend the meeting with the Selectmen which was
scheduled for 7 May 1990 at 7 30 F M
Spencer described the new facilities at the the computer
center, which will include equipment for the town offices He also
mentioned participation in an ad hoc committee which is trying to
produce an instructional videotape on accessory apartments
Bussgang introduced a document about a new customer service
standard which has been adopted by the cable industry The Chairman
will distribute this document to the committee
Stanton reminded the committee about various matters pertaining
to complaint procedures which require attention
Mairson siggested that the matter of clerical support for the
committee should be taken up when we meet with the selectmen
The meeting adjourned at 4 30 P M
