MEETING OF THE COMMITTEE, 4 JANUARY 1990
The meeting took place in the J House Cafetria at the high
school and was called to order at 3 54 P M
Those present were Julian Bussgang, Frank DiGiammarino, Leo
McSweeney, Stella Liu, Theodore Mairson, William Spencer, Martha
Stanton and Sidney Whiting
The meeting consisted of a general discussion about plans for
the hearing DiGiammarino will call Ferris to remind him of our
request for cable coverage of the hearing
Liu announced that the demonstration of bridging capability for
the cable networks will take place at 2 30 PM on Monday 8 January
1990 at the Cary Memorial Library She also announced that she was
resigning from the committee and recommended that the new
audiovisual supervisor at Cary Memorial Library be named as her
successor It was moved seconded and voted unanimously to thank
Ms Liu for her service to the committee
The meeting adjourned at 5 10 PM After the meeting the
committee was introduced to Ms Wendy Thompson, Cable Television
Specialist for the Le: ington Public Schools, who took us on a tour
of the new television studio in the high school After that,
William Spencer eiplsined the communication facilities available at
the Computer Center
