She read the authorization for remote meetings. A quorum was present. Countdown Calendar December 5, 2024, 8:30 AM taken February 7—February 21 Committee will be polled for a date Lex 250 Report 250th Monument Vote postponed as most recent draft was not presented. No vote. Beebe reported from the 250th Committee: • Drone Show October 20, 2024 success • Witness Banners project: similar to Concord project, identify houses that were standing on April 19, 1775, design banners to be attached with owner's permission • Working with the towns of Arlington, Concord, and Lincoln on parking and transportation for April 19, 2025. Meeting House Model Ben Soule, Lexington resident, and Deborah Weiner, Lexington resident presented a Power Point (attached) with pictures of a model of the second meeting house, which was standing on Lexington Green on April 18, 1775. He has recreated the 1/16 model from architectural drawings and other historical documents. He is interested in donating it to the Town. The Tourism Committee will work with the Town—DPW and Select Board to locate a suitable location. Updates and Miscellaneous Center Committee: will contact Jerry Michelson, Center Committee chair for liaison Lexington Historical Society: No report. Website and emails: nothing Cultural District: received the $15,000 state grant. Will meet in December. 2 Adjournment 5:11 PM Gardy Derouleaux moved and Ting Fang seconded adjournment.
