Peter Atherton. Quorum: Quorum of committee members not present, It was agreed that no formal votes be taken, but meeting would proceed. Chairman (3) new members - Kanter, Buokowski, Warshawer & Becker Report: (Interim for Spencer) Governance: (Morison) Hiring of network manager - Clarification of hiring ? (Morison) Willing to write a report on Wideband vision - what It could do for the town, (Lucas) suggested to include Economic model, Discussion about this topic continued with (Morison, Ellis, Becker & Lucas) Negotiations: (Ellis) - Team has not met with Cablevision (Gharlbian) - (2) meetings have been canceled by Cablevision Poll was taken by present committee members as to what direction CATV &Comm Advisory Committee as a whole should take concerning the following 1) the committee requires no more further delays in the oontract negotiations. 2)Adminlstrative adjudication. The following members voted (yea) to these Issues: (Madsen, Ellis, Lucas & Cunha). The motions were moved by (Morison) and seconded by (Ellis) (Morison) asked " What happens if contract Is not signed by August of 1996 ? Discussion ensued about this issue with members (Ellis, Becker & Gharlblan) Cablevision Open House on Saturday - 11/16/95 - converter swap out Report: Cable Commission answered questions as requested FCC - refund - 15 days Condo Movement- there are outstanding questions, but moving forward on 100% participation - bulk rate.
